We were promised in 2001, that sufficient water supply to our property would be provided by the Moapa Valley Water District. This was to be completed early in 2002, but there were "unavoidable delays" per the local water company, Moapa Valley Water District. This was a major hurdle we had to get over to pull building permits and begin construction. The water line was finally completed, however; due to this delay, we passed the deadline for pulling Clark County building permits and while waiting, building costs soared causing us to reconsider the project. The project has been canceled permanently and there are no projections currently for this property.

 As you can see in the above photo, Gary was ready with his "back-hoe" to start building as soon as our final permits were all in place, but now he's just disgusted..!!! |
